All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, both the customer and our professional are expected to honor the appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

All prices are displayed at the time of booking and may vary based on the service, location, or duration. Payments must be made through approved payment methods on our platform. We reserve the right to update pricing, promotions, or service offerings at any time.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or account restrictions. Repeated misuse of the booking system may lead to suspension of services.
